Terms of Service
Last updated: November 8, 2026
Welcome to Sentia, a product of Spectura Ltd ("Company"). By accessing or using Sentia (the "Platform"), you agree on behalf of yourself and your organization ("Customer") to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sentia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform. The individual accepting these Terms represents and warrants that they have authority to bind their organization.
2. Description of Service
Sentia is an audience-response platform for film studios and distributors. It analyses public comments on trailers and other creative and provides scores, comparisons, AI-generated outputs and related features.
3. YouTube features
Sentia's optional YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. In addition:
- Only connect a YouTube channel that your organization owns or is authorized to manage.
- Replies are posted as your channel only when a person on your team clicks to post them. Customer is responsible for every reply it posts, edits or deletes through Sentia, including suggested replies it chooses to use, and must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- Sentia limits how many replies a channel can post a day and checks each reply for brand safety before posting. These checks help but do not replace your own review.
- You can disconnect YouTube in Sentia's Settings or in your Google account permissions at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what is stored and deleted.
4. License
Spectura Ltd grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for Customer's internal business purposes during the applicable subscription period. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
5. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
- You may not use another user's account without permission or share access credentials outside authorized personnel within your organization.
6. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by law or as specifically stated in writing.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Spectura Ltd retains all right, title and interest in the Platform and its content, features and functionality; all software, AI systems, models, algorithms and methodologies; aggregated datasets and benchmarks; and all related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Platform. Customer retains ownership of data or content it provides, and grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and process it solely to provide the Platform. Spectura Ltd may use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the Platform.
8. Informational Use
The Platform's scores, forecasts, sentiment analysis, comparisons and AI-generated outputs (including suggested replies) are for informational purposes only. They are probabilistic; campaign, distribution, marketing and community decisions are made solely by Customer, and all risk arising from use of the Platform is assumed by Customer.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or YouTube's terms and policies;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Platform or any data;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, or use the Platform to develop or benchmark competing products or AI systems;

10. Suspension & Termination
Spectura Ltd may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice or liability, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and you shall delete any retained exports obtained from it.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectura Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability

If liability is nevertheless imposed, Spectura Ltd's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing herein limits liability to the extent prohibited by law.
13. Data Protection & Processing
To the extent Customer provides personal data subject to the GDPR or applicable U.S. data protection laws, Spectura Ltd acts as a data processor solely to provide the Platform, under its Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), incorporated by reference. The DPA includes Standard Contractual Clauses where required and controls in the event of conflict on data protection matters.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
