Sentia

Sentia is a product of Spectura Ltd for film studios and distributors. It shows how audiences respond to a movie's trailers and other creative, by reading the public comments on them, and traces every score back to the comments behind it.

Connecting YouTube

An organization's owner or admin can optionally connect the studio's own YouTube channel. Sentia then uses it to:

• Show private YouTube Analytics (views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, devices and countries) for the videos that channel uploaded, to members of that organization only.
• Reply to fans: Sentia highlights comments worth replying to, suggests reply ideas, and lets a person on the studio's team edit and post a reply as the channel. Nothing is posted, edited or deleted on YouTube unless a person clicks to do it, and every reply passes a brand-safety check first.
• Show likes and replies on the public comments Sentia lists.
